My role
I worked project by project as the sole business analyst on manufacturing execution systems (MES), taking each one from the client’s needs through to requirements for the developers. Integration with shop-floor equipment was part of the analysis: the weighing analysis system for a fish products manufacturer, for instance, was based on processing the raw data stream from the production scales.
