About the company

HansaWorld is an international vendor of ERP and business software. Its Lithuanian office previously operated as Baltic Business Software; the company was renamed as its geography expanded.

My role

I returned to lead the Lithuanian office, where I was responsible for sales, the partner network and implementation projects. I reworked the contracts and the pricing, and with construction growing fast at the time I turned our sales effort and the product itself towards construction companies, which became the office’s strongest segment.
